Join us for an informational seminar to learn if weight loss through bariatric surgery is right for you.

Seminars are being hosted via Zoom until further notice. Registrants will not receive the Zoom details immediately, but will receive the information no later than 24-48 hours prior to the next seminar date.

• Dr. Khan - Second Monday of the month from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• April 8, May 13, June 10

• Dr. Patching - Third Monday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• April 15, May 20, June 17

• Dr. Gatschet - Fourth Monday of the month from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• April 22, May 20 (changed due to holiday weekend), June 24

When you register, your name will be added to the next seminar date's registration list. If you are unable to attend, please make sure to contact the surgeon's office or come back to register again.
